What ansaribilal.com collects (and does not collect): analytics, the newsletter, payments — and how to have your data removed.

What this site collects

ansaribilal.com runs privacy-conscious by default. There are no user accounts, no comment system and no login of any kind. When you browse the site, the only data collected is aggregate, cookieless-or-anonymous traffic measurement through Google Analytics 4 (page views and engagement events). If analytics is disabled in your browser or region, the site works exactly the same without it.

If you subscribe to the newsletter, your email address is stored by Buttondown, the email delivery service, for the sole purpose of sending the emails you asked for. Every issue carries a one-click unsubscribe link; unsubscribing removes you from the list. Nothing else is collected through the form — no name, no phone number, no tracking pixels.

Payments

Paid services (mentor calls, code reviews, build sprints) and optional tips are processed entirely by Stripe or Buy Me a Coffee. Card numbers and payment credentials never touch this site's servers; this site only ever learns that a payment happened. Refunds and disputes follow the processor's flow described on the work-with-me page.

What is never done with your data

No data collected by this site is sold, rented or shared with advertisers. There are no affiliate links on this site: product recommendations are not monetized through referral commissions, so the disclaimer line at the end of each article — not affiliated with any company or tool mentioned — is literal. If that ever changes, this page and the affected articles will say so plainly.

Removing your data

To have your newsletter address deleted, or to ask anything about the minimal data described above, email connect@ansaribilal.com and the request will be actioned.
